Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for open positions
- Manage applicant tracking system and candidate databases
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
- Post job openings and source candidates across multiple platforms
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
- Track key recruitment metrics and prepare reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in HR or staffing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS software
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license (for client visits)
