Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire and direct hire positions
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers across healthcare, IT, finance, and logistics sectors
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize hiring funnel
- Drive recruitment marketing campaigns across digital platforms
- Collaborate with sales team to fulfill client staffing needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of placing 15+ candidates monthly
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong knowledge of South Florida's labor market and industry trends
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
