Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct-hire roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job posting to offer negotiation
- Utilize ATS tools and social media to expand talent pipelines
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly placement KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify industry hiring trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license (client site visits required)
