Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across multiple industries

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio's job market and industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient with ATS platforms and recruitment software
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
