Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through advanced recruitment channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding staffing needs and business objectives
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to match skills with cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in competitive industries
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment processes
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job postings and employer branding content
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruitment/staffing experience with proven placement track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level presence
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
