Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent positions across manufacturing, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, interviews, background checks, and onboarding coordination
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to build a robust talent pipeline
- Meet weekly and monthly placement targets while maintaining high-quality service standards
- Document all recruitment activities in our ATS system and provide regular performance reports
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and client needs
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience with proven track record of meeting placement goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client/candidate meetings
- Knowledge of Wichita's job market and local industry trends preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings for client events
