Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Utilize our proprietary ATS and digital sourcing tools to maximize recruitment efficiency
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for high-demand roles
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to provide competitive insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven placement track record
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche platforms
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
