Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings within 24-48 hours
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews, assessing technical skills and cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at 50+ partner companies
- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards for targeted talent acquisition
- Onboard new hires and ensure seamless client-candidate matching
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies weekly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting/staffing agency experience
- Proven ability to fill roles within 72 hours (include metrics if possible)
- Expert knowledge of Philadelphia's talent market and industry trends
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
