Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse industry placements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to placement
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote employer brands
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet and exceed placement metrics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
