Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse client positions
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from interview to placement
- Develop and nurture relationships with top-tier industry professionals
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
