Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs in tech, healthcare, and logistics
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media for talent sourcing
- Conduct thorough interviews and reference checks
- Meet and exceed monthly recruitment KPIs
- Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
