Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Conduct high-volume interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect candidate-role alignment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms to track recruitment metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to penetrate competitive talent markets
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize job distribution channels
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of filling 50+ placements annually
- Expertise in technical recruiting (IT/Engineering) and executive search
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search operators
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence candidates and clients
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification strongly preferred
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with reliable transportation
