Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates across diverse industries including technology, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media platforms to expand talent pipelines
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic staffing solutions to clients
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment KPIs and sales targets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Professional certification (e.g., CTS, CSP) preferred
