Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and corporate clients
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to placement
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Utilize ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) to track candidate pipelines
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly placement KPIs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, and networking
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of direct recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple urgent assignments simultaneously
