Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings across diverse industries
- Conduct high-volume interviews and assessments to match talent with client requirements
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the placement lifecycle with exceptional communication
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and deliver timely solutions
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements and maintain accurate candidate records
- Drive recruitment metrics including fill rates, time-to-hire, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience or high-volume sourcing background
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Ability to manage multiple urgent assignments simultaneously with strong prioritization
- Mesa-based candidates with deep local market knowledge preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional client meetings
