Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate openings in healthcare, IT, and light industrial sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Track key metrics including placement rates and time-to-fill
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment processes and share best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting or staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
