Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for immediate hire positions in Fresno and Central Valley
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and update candidate records daily
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Track placement metrics and contribute to team performance goals
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Knowledge of Fresno's job market and local industries
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
