Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate staffing needs
- Build and maintain relationships with Cleveland-area employers
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job order to placement
- Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking for talent acquisition
- Maintain accurate candidate database and reporting metrics
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly placement goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of Cleveland's job market and key industries
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
