Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive networking and digital sourcing
- Conduct thorough behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Develop strong client relationships through consultative partnership and market insights
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment or agency staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong understanding of compliance and employment regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
