Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings
- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 open roles simultaneously
- Build and maintain relationships with key hiring managers
- Leverage LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
- Utilize our proprietary applicant tracking system
- Present qualified candidates to clients within 48 hours
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly placement targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience required
- Proven track record of closing 10+ placements/month
- Expertise in sourcing for technical, clinical, or financial roles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Boston market knowledge strongly preferred
