Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in IT, engineering, and data science
- Leverage ATS systems to track candidates and ensure compliance with recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in IT/tech placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong understanding of technical roles (software engineers, data analysts, DevOps)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize competing deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Active SHRM or CSP certification a plus
