Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates across multiple industries including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital outreach
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and position requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to onboarding support
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to address high-volume and hard-to-fill positions
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS systems while ensuring compliance with labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record in candidate placement
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities for both candidate and client relationships
- Knowledge of Colorado labor laws and industry compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
