Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools
- Ensure compliance with EEOC and staffing industry regulations
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment processes weekly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of corporate/staffing agency recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
