Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs in healthcare, IT, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and digital recruitment strategies
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect role matches
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding support
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with 20+ key Cleveland-area employers
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment efficiency
- Drive candidate engagement through personalized communication and interview preparation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven client placement record
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and social recruiting tools
- Deep understanding of Cleveland's talent market and industry-specific hiring needs
- Ability to thrive in commission-based compensation structures with uncapped earning potential
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Valid Ohio driver's license required for local client visits
