Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for open positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies, networking, and social media utilization.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage client relationships, providing exceptional service and ensuring high placement retention rates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a staffing or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the Long Beach job market and local industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and social recruiting tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites within Long Beach and surrounding areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
