Responsibilities
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conducting in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate pipelines
- Ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company standards
- Collaborating with the team to achieve monthly recruitment KPIs and client satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven track record
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and niche talent acquisition strategies
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and social recruiting tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidate qualifications against client specifications
