Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in permanent positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct thorough interviews and reference checks

Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales/placement quotas
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento job market dynamics

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
