Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Conduct thorough candidate screening and resume review to identify top talent for open positions in the tech and administrative sectors.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistics are handled professionally.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and orientation schedules.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status updates.
- Client Communication: Provide exceptional service to our client partners by updating them on candidate progress and availability.
- Market Research: Assist in identifying market trends and salary benchmarks to support our recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources administration.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- San Jose Based: Must be willing to work from our San Jose office or hybrid model.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
