Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in full-time positions across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize CRM systems and job boards to track candidate pipelines and metrics
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment strategies
- Present staffing solutions to clients and negotiate terms
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting placement quotas and client satisfaction goals
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean search, and referrals
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
