Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and business goals
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding support
- Track key metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment performance and pipeline health
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and client needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets and KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through advanced Boolean search techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client/candidate meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
