Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across California
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative partnerships
- Leverage ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) to track metrics and optimize workflows
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with sales team to forecast hiring needs and fill critical positions
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and California labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record of placing technical and non-technical roles
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and passive candidate sourcing
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
- Valid California driver's license for client meetings
