Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse client needs
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines across multiple industries
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and HR departments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Leverage ATS systems and social platforms for proactive candidate engagement
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job postings and employer branding content
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Excellent communication with ability to articulate value propositions
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
