Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse client needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize CRM systems and ATS to track candidate pipelines and metrics
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with sales team to drive new business and client retention
- Present candidates to clients and negotiate placement terms
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid Texas driver's license (for local client meetings)
