Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of temporary and permanent positions.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through various sourcing channels.
- Coordinate the full interview and hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.
- Manage client relationships to understand staffing needs and provide top-tier service.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive advantages.
- Onboard new temporary staff and ensure compliance with all company policies.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
