Responsibilities
- Source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from order to placement.
- Track daily metrics and meet weekly sales and placement targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
