As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be the face of our agency, connecting job seekers with opportunities in various industries ranging from healthcare to logistics.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates for daily pay roles in Los Angeles.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and culture fit.
- Conducting background checks, drug screens, and reference verification.
- Utilizing social media and professional networks to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet strict daily targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
