Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight/night shift positions in manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics
- Manage end-to-end staffing operations during night hours, including onboarding and client communicationBuild and maintain relationships with local businesses for continuous talent sourcing
- Conduct interviews and background checks for urgent staffing needs
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidates and job requisitions
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and safety protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience, preferably in industrial settings
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
