Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ healthcare and logistics clients
- Screen and onboard candidates using ATS platforms during evening hours
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments for urgent staffing needs
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments for night shift positions
- Maintain compliance with CA labor laws for overnight work
- Build relationships with facility managers across San Diego County
- Generate weekly performance reports for client portfolios
- Train staff on night shift protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing/recruitment experience with night shift focus
- ATS proficiency (Workday or Bullhorn preferred)
- CA staffing license or HR certification (SHRM/PHR)
- Exceptional communication skills for after-hours client interactions
- Knowledge of San Diego County's industrial corridors
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills for urgent staffing emergencies
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly valued
