Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing clients
- Screen and interview candidates during evening hours to fill urgent shift openings
- Manage real-time communication between clients and temporary workers via digital platforms
- Maintain accurate staffing records and prepare daily operational reports
- Resolve staffing emergencies and adjust schedules during overnight hours
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure continuity of service
- Implement quality control measures for overnight placement accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work independently
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with calm demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with healthcare or industrial staffing preferred
