- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for overnight positions across manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Manage client relationships and staffing requirements during night shift operations
- Coordinate onboarding and payroll processes for night shift employees
- Utilize ATS systems to maintain accurate candidate databases and job requisitions
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening hours
- Resolve staffing emergencies and last-minute placement requests
- Analyze staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for night shift roles
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience with night shift specialization
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities for urgent staffing scenarios
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills for overnight client interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
