Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for night shift positions across multiple industries
- Conduct late-night candidate outreach via phone, email, and virtual platforms
- Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified night shift talent
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and placement requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application to onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and maintain compliance records
- Work closely with the day team to ensure seamless handoffs and coverage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience, preferably with night shift roles
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport during non-traditional hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in compliance documentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
