- Manage real-time scheduling and dispatch for 50+ night shift employees
- Resolve urgent staffing gaps with rapid-response protocols
- Conduct quality assurance checks via overnight site visits
- Maintain compliance with DC labor regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with day teams for seamless handover processes
- Utilize ATS systems to track timecards and payroll data
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing agency or night shift coordination experience
- Strong knowledge of DC metro area transportation routes
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Kronos, ADP)
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification a plus
