Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for daily pay temporary and contract positions
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients across Philadelphia
- Manage end-to-end staffing process from job requisition to placement
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires with same-week pay options
- Analyze market trends to identify high-demand skill sets
- Collaborate with payroll team to ensure seamless daily pay processing
- Track KPIs including placement rates and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience preferred
- Proven track record in high-volume temp/contract staffing
- Strong understanding of Philadelphia's labor market dynamics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
