Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for overnight positions across healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct in-depth phone and video interviews during night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement for high-demand shift roles
- Maintain and grow relationships with major healthcare facilities and distribution centers
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and social media platforms for candidate sourcing
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and staffing industry standards
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for overnight placement success
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Proven track record of placing candidates in healthcare, logistics, or manufacturing roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during non-traditional hours
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
