Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ client facilities in Oklahoma City metro
- Manage real-time dispatch of temporary workers during peak night shift hours
- Resolve urgent staffing gaps through rapid candidate mobilization and scheduling
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and industry-specific night shift protocols
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize overnight workforce utilization
- Build relationships with night shift supervisors across healthcare and industrial sectors
- Implement emergency staffing protocols during critical operational periods
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or workforce management experience
- Proven ability to coordinate overnight operations and emergency staffing
- Strong knowledge of Oklahoma labor laws and OSHA night shift regulations
