Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for diverse client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Execute full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding
- Manage daily payroll processing for temporary staff with 24-hour turnaround
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements and optimize recruitment metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Contribute to team growth through mentorship and process improvement
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience with daily pay exposure
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and close placements
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to payroll accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Valid Illinois driver's license for client site visits
