The Role
As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be the bridge between exceptional talent and high-demand jobs. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing passive candidates to closing placements. If you love sales, networking, and fast-paced environments, this is your chance to shine.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of industries, including Healthcare, Logistics, and Administrative roles.
- Build a robust pipeline of talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms with clients and candidates to ensure win-win placements.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring compliance and a great candidate experience.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to track metrics, manage pipelines, and forecast revenue.
- Attend local job fairs and networking mixers to expand our agency's footprint in Charlotte.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service is preferred (candidates with high drive and no experience will also be considered).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
