Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and verify credentials for temporary placements
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Facilitate candidate onboarding and ensure smooth placement transitions
- Utilize our proprietary daily pay system to process employee earnings in real-time
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for high-fill rates
- Represent Peak Staffing at Colorado Springs job fairs and community events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing industry experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital sourcing tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid Colorado driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Knowledge of Colorado Springs labor market and local industries
- High school diploma or equivalent; HR certification preferred
