Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize various job boards and networking channels to find qualified talent for daily pay positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local Atlanta businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct background checks, drug screening, and reference verification for all applicants.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with all state and federal labor regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and applicants, answering questions about daily pay and job availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
