As a Night Shift Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the placement process during the evening hours. Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone and in-person screenings for warehouse, logistics, and administrative positions during evening hours.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless scheduling process.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
- Build a pipeline of qualified talent to meet client demand during peak night shift periods.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify skill gaps and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, resolving any issues that arise during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Previous experience working the night shift or familiarity with shift-work environments is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during non-traditional hours.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is a plus.
